Terryville is a census-designated place in the Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County, New York, United States. It has a total area of 3.2 square miles (8.3 km2).
Route 347 or Nesconset-Port Jefferson Highway forms a border in the north separating it from Port Jefferson. Route 347 continues along South Setauket which borders the west of Terryville, Coram lies in the south and Mt Sinai in the east.
The Route 347 and Route 112 interchange in Port Jefferson Station exits in Terryville and continues to head southeast towards Coram for a distance of about 4.64 mi (7.47 km).
Mostly important establishments are situated in and around Terryville Road Historic District neighborhood where it sits in the center of the hamlet including St Gerard Majella CCD, Cornerstone Bible Church of Port Jefferson Station, Mevlana Mosque, Terryville Elementary School, John F.
