Hicksville is a hamlet and census-designated place within the Town of Oyster Bay in Nassau County, New York, United States, on Long Island. It has a total area of 6.8 square miles (18 km2), none of which is water.
NY 106 (Newbridge Road) serves as the main road and passes through the center of the hamlet, it runs north-south and intersects with Northern State Parkway outside of the north boundary. It also serves as the major entry and exit point throughout the hamlet. The main road running west-east direction is the E Old Country Road, it intersects with Wantagh State Parkway in the west boundary.
Hicksville Gregory Museum at 1 Heitz Pl is just 715.30 meters to the east of Newbridge Road. Other attractions include Long Island Puppet Theatre (adjacent to Hicksville Gregory Museum), Cantiague Park, Cantiague Park Ice Rink, Cpl.
